In Episode 119 Ben welcomes back Certifed Sexual Health Educator and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, Landa Fox. Landa believes that everyone has a fundamental right to sexual health knowledge, education, and support that meets their individual needs. She also believes that healthy sexual expression is a fundamental part of the human experience, something everyone should have access to, should they desire it. Adults with developmental disabilities and/or intellectual disabilities who live in staffed residential settings often struggle to access healthy sexual experiences for a variety of reasons. Landa shares so many amazing ideas and resources to address this important issue. From topics common to most like menstruation and masturbation to more "varsity" areas like BDSM and urethral sounding Landa has supports for you!

Episode 95 features a conversation with Claire Zuch, a graduate student in Dr. Jordan Bellisle's HUB lab whose work has been focused on the analysis of ableism and stigma against Autistic folks. Relational Density Theory is a complex and fascinating concept and Claire does a wonderful job of explaining RDT to a novice like myself. Claire notes that RDT is often easier to explain with a visual of something known as a geospace (see below). Claire discusses her plans to continue this research in her doctoral program with Dr. Mark Dixon and the importance of compensating Autistic participants for their labour.
